Smoked Pork
One of our most popular items! We call them Ribbies, but they are mini rib bites - they might be smaller than a rib bone, but they are packed full of that Daddy Pete's flavor! (served by the 1/2 pound)

A smoked pork polish sausage with seasoned sautéed onions and a drizzle of our own homemade BBQ sauce. Delicious! (Also available in Beef)

Crumbled bacon, Daddy Pete's BBQ sauce & mild Italian sausage, wrapped in woven bacon, coated with brown sugar, then slow-smoked for 4 hours. A generous slice is placed on a bun, and smothered in our homemade bbq sauce. This treat only shows up on the menu every so often, so when it shows up, get it fast!

Fresh, local pork generously seasoned with our rub and slow-smoked for over 10 hours, tenderly pulled and simmered in our sweet sauce.

Smoked Beef
A handcrafted ground brisket brat served with a drizzle of our homemade Daddy Pete's BBQ Sauce. The brat has a little kick of spice that is cooled down perfectly with a dollop of our creamy cole cole slaw.

Beef brisket smoked for 16 hours, then cut into bitesize morsels and drizzled with our homemade BBQ sauce, then put back in the smoker until they get a new bark layer. They literally melt in your mouth!
